Hyouka is quickly turning into one of my favourite anime this season – the fact that it’s the only anime I’m watching this season does not come into it. Its down-to-earth setting with interesting character(s) and some mystery thrown into the mix really makes me happy.

Songs for Writing (Music Monday of sorts)
Last night I started my Post Graduate degree. If you didn’t know already, it’s a writing course, so I’ll be doing a lot of reading and writing and thinking. Given that I’m also working for SMASH! as their content coordinator (which mainly involves writing), you can guess (and guess right) that there’ll be a lot of writing in the next few months.

Music Monday – The Wilderness Downtown
I first heard an Arcade Fire song, oh, about two years ago. The song was “Wake Up”, used for the “Where the Wild Things Are” trailer. I say it was the first time I heard them, but it wasn’t the time when I discovered them.
